Can we start mid-cohort? Yes. The curriculum is modular. We’ll scope a start point based on your team’s existing skill level.
What does Bring Your Own Infra mean? For Team and Enterprise tiers, your participants can run the training exercises (Step 4) on your organization’s own cloud accounts — AWS, GCP, Azure, or any provider. We provide the curriculum and support; you provide the compute environment your team already uses at work.
What if someone on our team falls behind? The team dashboard shows progress per person. The private channel gives your team a safe space to ask questions without the public Discord. The instructor-led pacing keeps everyone moving, but async catch-up is always available.
Can we customize the curriculum for our stack? At the Team and Enterprise tiers, yes. We’ll scope custom exercises around your tools, models, and deployment targets. The core roadmap stays the same — the customization is in the applied exercises and project.
Do you offer refunds? Individual is refundable within 14 days if no certificate has been issued. Team and Enterprise terms are covered in the SOW.
